Analyser Systems
Analyser Systems are supplied and installed in custom built special Analyser Houses including air-conditioning, power distribution, lighting, fire and gas system, relevant piping and wiring. Analyser systems are also supplied in three-sided shelters, cabinets or racks as per the customer and/or analyser requirements. Process sample probes and sample transport lines are designed to ensure representative and rapid sampling, avoiding a possibility of contamination or dead volume. Sample conditioning systems provide the sample in a state and condition compatible to the measurement technique used by analysers.
Analyser Shelters
Analyser Shelters are customised to meet the most stringent specification. Each shelter is designed, manufactured and supplied to meet the applicable area classifications and standards. We manufacture Analyser Shelters constructed from various materials such as Stainless Steel (SS304 or SS316), painted if required, Painted Galvanized Steel, GRP and Aluminium.
Continuous Emission and Stack Monitoring Systems
Effective Flue Gas emissions monitoring analysis systems designed for reliable and easy usage. Analysers are selected to give excellent performance for the detection of emission gases. Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) are used to provide data for compliance with regulatory requirements for the control, monitoring and reporting of pollutant emissions.
Steam and Water Analysis Systems
Customised Steam and Water Analysis Systems (SWAS) provide safe, fast and accurate analysis. Steam and Water Analysis Systems (SWAS) are used at power plants to automatically analyse and display critical information about the purity and condition of water and steam in the power cycle.
LNG Sampling Systems
Design and fabrication of Sample Holding Tanks and integration of related sampling systems for LNG sampling. LNG quality and composition is determined by proper sample probe and suitable sample system designs.
Packaged HVAC
Manufacture of packaged HVAC system suitable for installation in electrically classified hazardous area, as applicable. The External Wall Mounted Packaged air conditioners are robustly designed and constructed for use in hazardous areas in offshore, refinery and petrochemical environments, for pressurisation (ventilation) and air-conditioning.
Sampling Systems Components
Supply of all the components required for the sample conditioning system. Components such as liquid knock-out system, sample coolers, scrubbers, fittings and valves, special coated tubes, pressure regulators and gauges, flow meters and flow switches, heat exchangers, filters and many more.
Electrical Components
Technical support and supply for Electrical Components for hazardous areas. We supply Power Distribution Panels (PDBs), PLC panels, alarm panels, junction boxes, switches and other components suitable for hazardous areas as per NEC, ATEX and IECEx requirements. AXIS also provides heat trace bundles systems, with their accessories for field installation, space and enclosure heaters, thermocouples and several other components.
